Installations

Vinyl Plank Installation

Luxury vinyl plank is the ultimate in high-end vinyl flooring. Using advanced 3D imaging technology, a photograph of the natural material is transferred directly to the plank. Each plank is then uniquely embossed to match the appropriate texture. The final product, which is approximately 1/8 inch thick, is made of several layers, including a protective wear layer (mil layer) and often a urethane layer for added durability.

Engineered Wood Floors

Real wood floors made using wood veneers. The grain of each The veneer runs in various directions, which increases its strength and appearance. Engineered wood floors are installed using wood to concrete adhesive for superior bond and stability.

Laminate Floor Installation

Laminate flooring, is comprised of a hybrid of materials fused together through a unique lamination process. It uses a lock and click installation method and“floats” above the subfloor, allowing it to expand and contract with the natural temperature and humidity changes in your home.

Removal of Existing Floors

Proper removal of existing floors to minimize damage to the foundation and dust in your home. This also includes the disposal of the material from the job site.

Service Repairs

Boards Replacement

The board replacement process is started by sawing out the old boards that are currently installed. After we clean up the area, we remove the grove of the replacement board to slide it back into place with Dritac adhesive for superior bond. Thereafter, we clean up any excess adhesive residue for a sparkling finish.

Drill and Fill

The Drill and Fill technique is when there are existing hollow spots under your existing engineered wood floors. We correct the issue by drilling a small hole at the junction of the two boards of the area that need attention. We then use a special syringe to inject the area with the Dritac repair kit adhesive. After the hollow void is filled we cover the drilled hole with wood putty that camouflages with the finish of the flooring.

Floor Buffing

Floor buffing is a process used to clean any pre-finished engineered wood floors from excess adhesive, compound, or paint that may have covered your floor during a remodel, etc.
